Curt Chambers, RMT
Curt Chambers, RMT grew up in Western Canada and Africa. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Curt worked with the developmentally delayed for eleven years.
Curt completed his training for massage therapy in Vernon, BC, before moving to Kelowna to join the team at Okanagan Health & Performance. Curt utilizes a variety of massage modalities such as NMT, Swedish, muscle energy, positional release, joint play, and others.
He customizes treatments for each individual and gives appropriate home care exercises and stretching programs directed for specific results. Curt has worked with a variety of individuals from the elderly to professional and Olympic athletes competing in a number of different sporting fields.
Curt is passionate about massage therapy and believes in its usage. He also enjoys rock climbing, both traditional and sport, running, hiking, canoeing, camping and movies.
Not all that long ago Curt accomplished his long-term goal, which was to take his passion for his work to Africa to teach massage therapy to help create employment opportunities.
