Mallory Froese, RMT
Mallory is a graduate of Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy and is registered with the College of Massage Therapists of British Columbia.
Her unique style of treatment uses gentle techniques to identify trouble areas with subtle, non-aggressive manipulation. With a holistic approach she looks for the root of the issue and treats by focusing on the layers of the body and how they are working together.
Mallory believes the body has an innate desire to repair and heal itself. This can result in compensation when a structure is out of alignment. Mallory supports and guides the body to safely realign. She often focuses on nerve and blood supply, addressing symptoms of tingling, numbness or weakness. She has worked with clients of all ages, generally clients with chronic conditions who have tried many forms of treatment without success.
What to expect in a treatment: Mallory’s treatment blends from her education in: Visceral Manipulation 1, Manual Therapy for Cranial Nerves, Manual Therapy for Spinal Nerves, Neuromuscular Therapy, Joint Play, Myofascial Release, Swedish Massage, Muscle Energy, Osteopathic and Craniosacral Techniques
Treatment is interactive and different than traditional massage, therefore, clients are asked to bring shorts and a sports bra or tank top.
In her free time, she enjoys practicing yoga, hiking, rock climbing, kick boxing and dancing.
